Does it work with my software (Dentally, Software of Excellence, Carestream R4, CareStack…)? +

Yes. We connect via the software's API or, if there isn't one, via secure integrations with your account. You don't change anything — your schedule stays where it is.

Do my patients notice they're talking to an AI? +

You define the tone and we test it with you before go-live. Most patients can't tell the difference from a human receptionist. As soon as there's a sensitive case, the agent hands off to your team.

What about GDPR? Where is the data? +

All processing happens on EU servers. We sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with you. We only keep the essentials and you can request deletion at any time.

How long until it's ready? +

72 hours from onboarding to the agent running in test mode. A week later, running in production.

What if it doesn't work at my clinic? +

No lock-in. Cancel anytime. During the first month, if you don't see value, we refund the setup fee.

What about real emergencies? +
