Does it work with my practice software (Dentally, SoE, Kiroku, Carestream…)? +

Yes. We integrate through the software's API, or — where there isn't one — via secure authenticated access to your account. You don't change anything; your diary stays where it is.

Will my patients notice they're talking to an AI? +

You define the tone, and we rehearse it with you before go-live. Most patients don't notice any difference from a human receptionist. As soon as something is sensitive, the assistant hands over to your team.

What about UK GDPR? Where is my patient data stored? +

All processing runs on servers in the UK and the European Union. We sign a Data Processing Agreement with you. We store only what's strictly needed to operate, and you can request deletion at any time.

How fast is the setup? +

72 hours from the onboarding call to a working assistant in test mode. A week later, in full production.

What if it doesn't work for my practice? +

No lock-in. Cancel any time. During the first month, if you don't see value, we refund the setup fee.

What happens with real dental emergencies? +

The assistant triages — recognising acute pain, swelling or trauma — and offers a same-day slot or refers the patient to A&E depending on severity. The practice is notified immediately so someone is ready to receive them.

Is the AI going to replace my front desk? +

No. It takes on the high-volume, repetitive work — answering every WhatsApp, chasing reminders, rescheduling — the work that burns out any team. Your people are freed up for what actually moves the practice: patients in the chair, complex treatments and relationships. Anything sensitive (complaints, clinical judgement, payments) is passed back to them with full context. We call it human-in-the-loop: the AI speeds up the repetitive; humans decide what matters.
